ISAAC International Forum 2026 @ATAAC in Zagreb, Croatia - October 19-20 Registration now open!

We are thrilled to announce that registration is now open for ISAAC's first in-person ISAAC International Forum! This two-day pre-conference, held in collaboration with ATAAC, will take place October 19–20, just before the ATAAC Conference in Zagreb, Croatia. The Forum location in Zagreb will be announced soon. The ISAAC International Forum responds to the AAC community’s call to continue the tradition of in-person gatherings. This event will bring together participants from across the globe to exchange ideas, build meaningful connections, inspire one another, and strengthen our shared sense of community. Leading experts in the field of AAC, including John Costello, Kathryn Drager, Karen Erickson, Lori Geist, and Janice Light are confirmed to present and more speakers and sessions will be added soon.  ISAAC Forum ­ ATAAC 2026 Conference Attend both the ISAAC International Forum AND the Assistive Technology and Communication (ATTAC) Conference in Zagreb, Croatia! 【協助分享受試者招募資訊】台灣低口語兒童的家庭的共讀資源與經驗

研究資訊 

• 對象：3–7 歲低口語或無口語孩子之家長／主要照顧者 

• 說明：無口語也歡迎；即使目前沒有在共讀，也非常歡迎參與

• 方式：匿名線上問卷，約 15–20 分鐘，可隨時停止

• 抽獎：完成可參加抽獎（10 位／每位 7-11 電子禮品卡 300 元）

【跨年齡的溝通支持研習講座】

- AAC陪伴不同年齡的溝通旅程

    溝通是人的基本權利，每個人都應擁有自主表達、參與互動與影響生活的機會。對於低口語或無口語的個體而言，輔助溝通系統（AAC）並不僅是語言的替代，更是通往自主生活、社會參與和人際互動的橋梁。本研習聚焦於不同年齡階段（幼兒、學齡兒童、青年與成人）低口語者的溝通支持策略，邀請來自台灣與香港的語言治療師、特教教師及AAC使用者，分享各種場域經驗與跨專業合作歷程，並由成人AAC使用者現身說法，帶領我們看見AAC在生活中如何真正被「使用」與「理解」。透過理論與實務的結合、跨地與跨專業的對話，本研習希望：

l  強化專業人員對AAC理念與策略的理解與信念

l  建構早期到成年階段的持續性支持角色

l  誘發家庭與社會對「自主溝通」的重視

l  鼓勵跨團隊、跨系統的實務合作文化
