This two-day pre-conference, held in collaboration with ATAAC, will take place October 19–20, just before the ATAAC Conference in Zagreb, Croatia. The Forum location in Zagreb will be announced soon.
The ISAAC International Forum responds to the AAC community’s call to continue the tradition of in-person gatherings. This event will bring together participants from across the globe to exchange ideas, build meaningful connections, inspire one another, and strengthen our shared sense of community.
Leading experts in the field of AAC, including John Costello, Kathryn Drager, Karen Erickson, Lori Geist, and Janice Light are confirmed to present and more speakers and sessions will be added soon.

ATAAC 2026 introduces a new, enhanced format with two parallel events within one conference - the ATAAC Professional Conference and the ATAAC Scientific Conference. Together, the two events combine everyday practice with the latest research, all with a focus on advanced technology for children with developmental disabilities and persons with disabilities.
